If you find yourself in these situations you don’t need to try to deal with them on your own. Union members work together constructively to improve working conditions and productivity through collective bargaining. In recent collective bargaining agreements union members have improved wages, allowances and parental leave. If there is something you would like to see improved or changed in your workplace then talk to a delegate or speak to an organiser.
