The combined unions at UQ decided to hold a BBQ to mark the start of negotiations for a replacement EB.
UQ management have been refusing to commence negotiations, with the agreement now having expired over 12 months ago.
Management have been relying on WorkChoices to avoid commencing negotiations, but all unions have worked together to force a start to negotiations.
There was a good attendance by CPSU members at the BBQ.
