ACU First Bargaining Meeting Report

Your CPSU Bargaining Team met with the University on the 18th February for the first Enterprise Bargaining meeting. As this was the initial meeting, process matters were discussed such as how meetings would be conducted (teleconference, video conference, email and face to face).

The University has agreed to the CPSU request for our two CPSU Bargaining Delegates to attend.

The CPSU supports only General Staff in Public Education (Universities, TAFE and Schools). CPSU delegates are trained and supported to negotiate with management around Enterprise Bargaining and assisted by trained staff to ensure collective self determination of conditions of employment for members.
